We all have wings, but they have not been of any avail to us and if we could tear them off, we would do so.

Appearance:
Keshi is lucky that he's naturally good looking since he's usually rather apathetic about his appearance. His face is well sculpted, appearing supple but strong. With his thin eyebrows, high cheekbones, and full lips, Keshi's facial features could actually be considered rather feminine, that is, if Keshi didn't forget to shave so often. His eyes are a soft gray-green and a relaxed, amiable smile usually graces his lips. A pipe, toothpick, or a piece of straw can often be seen protruding from the corner of his mouth.

Atop Keshi's head one will find a messy mane as golden as the morning light itself. He wears his hair quite unceremoniously, letting it lie in small tufts and spikes about his head except for the front where the bangs on either side of his eyes fall to slightly past his chin. He occasionally wears a takuhatsugasa to keep the desert sun out of his eyes.

Keshi isn't the most muscular guy around, but his body is quite lean and a few noticeable muscles in his arms are well defined. The only-slight-tan pigment of Keshi's skin is somewhat of an oddity, one would expect him to have a much darker shade considering the long amounts of time he spends outdoors under the desert sun. Keshi sports a significant amount of seemingly random tattoos haphazardly placed about his body, the most noticeable being the intricate windmill gracing the left side of his abdomen.
Clothing:
"Shirts? Eh...overrated" This is Keshi's opinion of shirts and thus he never wears one. Instead, he sports a green gi, the edges of which are stitched with a black border. He often chooses to wear the gi open in order to feel the desert breeze on his body. Below his signature gi, Keshi wears a pair of matching green baggy pants that reach to about his ankles.

Keshi's forehead protector serves as a buckle for his otherwise nondescript cloth belt. From this makeshift belt hang a variety of projectile weapons, scrolls, and little pouches in which Keshi stores his remaining shinobi gear. Keshi prefers to go barefoot, but the heat of his desert home doesn't always allow for this, so he commonly dons wooden sandals or footwraps. When out in the sun or on duty the Chuunin often wears an additional set of black robes and a takuhatsugasa. In regards to his white shell necklace, Keshi himself can only recall a handful of times he's ever taken it off.
Personality:
It's clear by his demeanor, Keshi is a very relaxed and laid-back individual. This easygoing Suna-nin is rarely stressed or in a hurry and prefers to take things at his own pace; he's a care-free, fun-loving guy who follows his instincts and doesn't look back. Despite his obvious lack of career ambition, Keshi exhibits a "work hard, play hard" attitude, going headfirst into everything with maximum effort and little apprehension. Sometimes it's hard to tell if he's fearless or simply naive.

Keshi is a peaceful person who feels deeply connected to his desert home and its people. He's not a fan of war, unnecessary violence, or anything upsetting the regular flow of village life and will go to great lengths to maintain peace in Sunagakure. He prefers to avoid conflict and bloodshed when possible but accepts that it's not always realistic given his line of work.

Keshi is usually friendly, amiable and overly casual with those that he meets and his informal attitude often earns him scorn from the more strict-minded authority figures he reports to. Keshi fills his free time with sandboarding, partying, or simply just chilling out, watching the birds circle under the desert sun. He's been obsessed with the idea of flying since he was a small child and he dreams of achieving some form of flight one day, but he's in no hurry to get there.

From what I see, the bio looks fine and the stats all check out. You did have a hiccup in the “physical description portion.”

Aside from that, you may want to change “Engi AP” in your stat key to AC or something similar so we know that it’s your advanced character pool points, not AP.

"Standard Shinbo Kit" xD

With Advanced Points you could probably achieve a very similar build and not be forced to take physical tertiary//spend double points on taijutsu stages, but if you're comfortable with the build, do whatever you want to do!

Once what Wess mentioned is taken care of, we're good to go here.

You know, I don’t regret having Sunagakure biographies in first person interview format, it’s just so clean and not a headache to get through. Approved & Sand GM Approved once the concerns of Wess is taken care of.

Other than that, you’ll still need a couple more approvals before this can be moved. Sorry it took so long to get to this.

I'm not sure if you have a donation bonus I'm not aware of, but typical AP rules are 11 AP total, 3 maximum to a stat, and a maximum of 3 spent on jutsu.

Hey, glad you're back! Do be advised that the limit for AP is 11, 8 for stats (3 maximum in one particular stat) and 3 for jutsu, so doctor him up a little and I'll be back again.

I had a nagging feeling there were limits on AP use that I was forgetting. Distribution is now 3AP on jutsu, 2AP on Power on, 2AP on Control.
